A: People usually get in touch because something about the house just isn’t working for them anymore, even if they’ve lived with it for years. Sometimes it’s a change in mobility, sometimes it’s just that the space has never quite suited how life runs day to day. We’ll come round and walk through it with you to see how it’s being used. Little things stand out quickly, including where everyone dumps things when they come in, which rooms feel tight at certain times, and how you move between the kitchen, garden and living areas. From there, we adjust the layout around those patterns, so the house feels easier to move through and makes better use of what’s already there.
A: Before anything kicks off on site, we break it down into stages so you’ve got a proper sense of how it’s all going to run. While it’s happening, we’ll keep you in the loop as we go.
